2. Eligibility & Clients

Our services are primarily designed for service-based businesses. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

BarbStar operates on a subscription basis with recurring payments. Payments are billed automatically based on the plan selected. Failure to make a payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Google Reviews Disclaimer

BarbStar operates in compliance with Google’s review policies but is not responsible for any actions taken by Google, including the removal or filtering of reviews. We do not post fake reviews or manipulate reviews in violation of Google’s terms.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. BarbStar reserves the right to terminate services if a customer violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

BarbStar is not responsible for any loss of business, reputation damage, or financial loss resulting from online reviews. While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee a specific number of reviews or business growth.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be resolved in English courts.
